New Class Schedule and Location
Genbu-Kai Virginia is adding an in-person class at the:
Sandbridge Community Chapel
3041 Sandpiper Road, Virginia Beach, VA 23456
The class is open to all and will be held on Wednesdays 5-6 pm,
Starting July 31, 2024

Pricing for classes is $25 per class or
$120 per month for all Karate and Kabudo classes held by Genbu- Kai Virginia
Other class options include Online classes via Zoom Monday and Friday 6-7 pm
And our primary classes of the week held on Saturdays at
Chesapeake Bay Academy

This class begins at 9am
Genbu-Kai Virginia also offers training in
Kabudo (traditional weapons) and Batto (the sword)
Batto classes require an additional fee

WELCOME TO GENBU-KAI OF VIRGINIA
Genbu-Kai of Virginia has been teaching traditional karate in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia since 2003.
Teaching Shito-Ryu style, one of only four styles
recognized by the World Karate Federation.
About The Dojo
We have been training Hampton Roads students in traditional Japanese karate since 2000, instilling confidence and discipline, improving fitness and flexibility, and providing self-defense skills.

Genbu-Kai of Virginia studies Shito-Ryu style of karate and is an affiliate of Genbu-Kai International, headquartered in Santa Ana, California, founded and led by Shihan Demura.
